This vinyasa-based class offers asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to support the body to release stress, and open up tight muscles that often plagues men's bodies. Class to include a brief discussion on self-care* and guided meditation.

Self-care practices like yoga and meditation increase our ability to be present and become more aware of our mind, body and emotions. Classes are open to all-levels and suitable for beginners, including all ages, body types and abilities. No matter how many years of practice - you are welcome to join!
