Men's Yoga & Meditation @ The Well

Join this Tuesday, and thru the end of the year, for a warming vinyasa-flow yoga class at The Well, in Mt. Pleasant, NW DC.

This week Brad will lead a warming vinyasa-flow class followed by loving-kindness (metta) meditation.

Students will be taught in an intimate setting with no more than 10 people, so more attention is given to each student. Men will learn how to identify one's needs and to use the breath thru a series of poses aimed to build strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are all-levels, and suitable for beginners and all ages, body-types, and conditions - no matter how many years of practice.

Classes are donation based (Suggested $15).
