MYC’s Weekend of Gratitude is a series of four (4) yoga classes designed for men’s bodies by incorporating elements of strength, balance and flexibility. Participants are invited either to purchase a discounted weekend pass or to simply drop-in throughout the weekend. Advanced reservations are suggested as space is limited.

Each class will focus on different muscle groups and techniques for men to adapt postures (asanas) to their own personal needs. Students of all levels will participate in guided meditations, breathing techniques (pranayma), and practices of gratitude - the foundation of our wellbeing and community. A special workshop* - Basics & Beyond - is offered for those totally new to yoga on Saturday afternoon.
