MYC Kick-off: Weekend of Gratitude (1 of 4)

This class kick’s off the MCY Weekend of Gratitude by opening-up muscles, soothing the mind and deepening the breath. This all-levels class offers a full-body workout combined with stretches and breathing techniques to end your week with a wholesome effect of health, vitality, and peace. Attendees will explore a variety of yoga postures and learn specific muscle groups where men often hold stress and/or prone to injuries. Beginners who have a basic understanding and exposure to yoga are most welcome to join!
