Join MYC's community of men this morning for an active vinyasa-flow class to invigorate the day and challenge yourself with warrior series (I,II,III). Participants will learn key principles of yoga postures (or asanas) to foster grounding and balance throughout the practice. Yogic-breathing techniques will be introduced that build-up energy to naturally warm and detoxify the body. Beginners are absolutely encouraged and welcome to join who have a basic understanding and exposure to yoga. NOTE: This will be held at Venue A - St. Stephen's Church auditorium.
