This vinyasa-style class will generate a spirit of thanks, and a bit of sweat, to take with you as you move into the next week. Participants will move through a series of yoga postures designed to create a sense of balance, while also strengthening the body and targeting muscles. You will walk away with new tools, including a short meditation and yoga series that you can practice at home. This is an all-levels class, so beginners are absolutely encouraged to join who have a basic understanding and exposure to yoga.
