For total newbies and those looking to reboot their practice. This workshop-style class provides men the fundamentals of vinayasa (or “flow”) yoga, which is based on the connection of movement and breath. Participants will learn basic yoga postures (asanas) and how to connect them them through different series such as sun-salutations and warrior series I. For more advanced yoga practitioners, you will learn subtle nuances to deepen your practice and identify new ways to enter/exit each posture. If you are totally new to yoga, this class is for you! But it’s also a great way for all yoga practitioners to refresh their practice on foundational poses and principles of vinyasa-flow yoga.
