MYC launched in November 2016 as a grassroots movement in Washington DC to fulfill our mission to increase men's access to yoga and meditation. We currently offer our signature, personalized classes in DC, but we also strive to promote other men's classes in the region and across the U.S. Your inputs are most welcome!

Mondays @ 7pm - The Well
Weekly men's yoga and meditation class at The Well, in Mt Pleasant, NW DC, is all-levels and suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Men are guided to use the breath through a series of poses aimed to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Cost: $15 @ the door
RSVP in advance as class size is limited to no more than 6 guys to offer more individual attention.
3-Week Beginner Series
Join Brad Lyon for a 3-week beginner series for men starting Thursday, February 22nd.
Each session is designed for guys who are totally new to yoga and looking to learn the fundamental postures and proper alignment to kickstart the practice of yoga.
Class runs from 700 - 815 pm at The Well, NW DC. Sign up for all three classes for $40, or drop-in $15.

Yoga, Cooking & More!
In 2018, we're looking to design a new class series that brings together yoga and Indian cooking, namely Ayurveda, that teaches us how to use food to create balance and optimal health for the body, mind, and spirit. More ideas are being cooked up too :)
